VICTORIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO. 23 OF 2014) - SECT 17
New section 125A inserted
After section 125 of the Principal Act insert —
" 125A Assessment of costs or damages in undertakings
The Tribunal may assess any costs or damages that are the subject of an
undertaking given to the Tribunal under this Act or an enabling enactment.".
