Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) During an investigation under this Part, the person who made the protected disclosure complaint may request information about that investigation from the Chief Commissioner.
(2) Subject to section 182, on receiving a request under subsection (1), the Chief Commissioner may give the person the requested information.
