VEXATIOUS PROCEEDINGS ACT 2014 (NO. 42 OF 2014) - SECT 124

Exception to restriction on publication

For section 167(b) of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 substitute —

    "(b)     the publication under section 85 of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014 by the Attorney-General of a copy of an order that relates to an application or a proceeding under this Act.".
