VICTORIAN PLANNING AUTHORITY ACT 2017 (NO. 11 OF 2017) - SECT 76

Victorian Planning Authority must determine whether agreement has been performed

    (1)     In the heading to section 201SLL of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 , for " Growth Areas Authority " substitute " Victorian Planning Authority ".

    (2)     In section 201SLL(1) and (2) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 , for "Growth Areas Authority" substitute "Victorian Planning Authority".
