VICTORIAN PLANNING AUTHORITY ACT 2017 (NO. 11 OF 2017) - SECT 95

Registrar not to accept transfer unless accompanied by notice or application from Commissioner or Victorian Planning Authority

    (1)     In the heading to section 201UG of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 , for " Growth Areas Authority " substitute " Victorian Planning Authority ".

    (2)     In section 201UG(2)(b) of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 , for "Growth Areas Authority" substitute "Victorian Planning Authority".
