VICTORIA POLICE AMENDMENT (CONSEQUENTIAL AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2014 (NO. 37 OF 2014) - SECT 10

    (1)     On the coming into operation of an item in the Schedule, the Act specified in the heading to that item is amended as set out in the item.

    (2)     If section 103 of the Transport Legislation Amendment (Rail Safety Local Operations and Other Matters) Act 2013 comes into operation before the day on which item 141 of the Schedule comes into operation, then item 141 of the Schedule is repealed on the day on which that section comes into operation.

    (3)     If section 103 of the Transport Legislation Amendment (Rail Safety Local Operations and Other Matters) Act 2013 is not in operation on the day on which item 141 of the Schedule comes into operation, then items 142.1 and 142.3 of the Schedule are repealed on the day on which item 141 of the Schedule comes into operation.
