Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An authorised officer may exercise powers under this Part only to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to do so for substantiating information provided under this Act or for determining whether this Act has been complied with.
(2) In exercising powers under this Part, an authorised officer must—
(a) cause as little inconvenience as possible; and
(b) not remain on premises any longer than is reasonably necessary.
