WATER (GOVERNANCE) ACT 2006 (NO 85 OF 2006) - SECT 101

In section 242(b) of the Water Act 1989 , for "appointment of—

              (i)     an Authority; or

              (ii)     Melbourne Water Corporation—

to decide the issue" substitute "appointment of an Authority to decide the issue".
