WATER (GOVERNANCE) ACT 2006 (NO 85 OF 2006) - SECT 144

        In clause 8(2) of Schedule 15 to the Water Act 1989 —

        (a)     omit ", prior domestic and stock right";

        (b)     for "within one year" substitute "within 6 months or any other period (not being more than 12 months) specified in the conversion rules".
