WATER (GOVERNANCE) ACT 2006 (NO 85 OF 2006) - SECT 160

After section 11(1)(c) of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 insert —

    "(ca)     a Catchment Management Authority established under the Catchment and Land Protection Act 1994 ; or".
