WATER (GOVERNANCE) ACT 2006 (NO 85 OF 2006) - SECT 165

After section 37(1)(d)(ii) of the Road Management Act 2004 insert —

    "(iia)     in the case of the land referred to in the Clause in Schedule 3 to the Water Act 1989 , Melbourne Water Corporation; or".
