WATER (GOVERNANCE) ACT 2006 (NO 85 OF 2006) - SECT 24
Repeal of references to storage operators in section 43A
(1) For the heading to section 43A of the
Water Act 1989 substitute —
"Appointment of resource managers and environmental managers" .
(2) Section 43A(1)(a) of the Water Act 1989 is
repealed .
