WATER (GOVERNANCE) ACT 2006 (NO 85 OF 2006) - SECT 6

In section 32C(2) of the Water Act 1989 —

        (a)     in paragraph (b), for "in the area." substitute "in the area; and";

        (b)     at the end of the sub-section insert —

    "(c)     Melbourne Water Corporation, if the area is wholly or partly in the waterway management district of Melbourne Water Corporation.".
