WATER (GOVERNANCE) ACT 2006 (NO 85 OF 2006) - SECT 94

Repeal of reference and Statute Law Revision

    (1)     In section 219(1) of the Water Act 1989 , for " sections 160 and 160 "> 161" substitute " section 160".

    (2)     In section 219(1)(d) of the Water Act 1989 , for "carried on on" substitute "carried out on".
