WATER (GOVERNANCE) ACT 2006 (NO 85 OF 2006) - SECT 98

In section 235(1) of the Water Act 1989 , for "appointment of—

        (a)     an Authority; or

        (b)     Melbourne Water Corporation—

to decide the issue" substitute "appointment of an Authority to decide the issue".
