" Requirements for preparation of allocation statement ".
(2) For section 287F(1) of the Water Act 1989 substitute —
"(1) If two or more water corporations jointly propose that property, rights or liabilities of any or all of those water corporations that is of a specified kind be transferred from a water corporation making the proposal to another water corporation making the proposal, the water corporations may submit the proposal to the Minister for his or her approval.".
