WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION AMENDMENT (PROVISIONAL PAYMENTS) ACT 2021 (NO. 5 OF 2021) - SECT 10
Recovery of payments
After section 90(1) of the Principal Act insert —
"(1A) Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of
provisional payments made under Division 10 of Part 5, except in the case of a
payment obtained fraudulently.".
