WORKPLACE INJURY REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION AMENDMENT (PROVISIONAL PAYMENTS) ACT 2021 (NO. 5 OF 2021) - SECT 36
Recovery of payments
After section 114F(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 insert —
"(1AA) Subsection (1) does not apply in respect of
provisional payments made under Division 2BA, except in the case of a
payment obtained fraudulently.".
