WORKSAFE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 48 OF 2017) - SECT 23
Release on the giving of a health and safety undertaking
In section 137(2)(b) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 —
(a) after "this Act," insert "the
regulations,";
(b) after " Act 1985 " insert "or
regulations made under those Acts".
