WORKSAFE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 48 OF 2017) - SECT 4

In the Table to section 100C of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 —

        (a)     items 1, 2, 17 to 22, 26, 27, 31 to 36, 39 and 51 are repealed ;

        (b)     after item 40 insert —

"40A	Section 99(1)(c)—$5000
40B	Section 99(1)(d)—$5000".
