WORKING WITH CHILDREN AMENDMENT (MINISTERS OF RELIGION AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2014 (NO. 66 OF 2014) - SECT 16

Outcome of application

    (1)     In section 17(1) of the Principal Act, omit "and subsection (1A)".

    (2)     Section 17(1A), (1AB) and (1B) of the Principal Act are repealed .

    (3)     In section 17(3) and (4) of the Principal Act, for "category 1" (wherever occurring) substitute "category A".
