ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 38

    (1)     The Secretary may reinstate the registration of a ZLEV that has been cancelled under this Division—

        (a)     to give effect to a decision on an objection or review; or

        (b)     if the Secretary considers that the registration should be reinstated for any reason.

    (2)     The Secretary must give the registered operator of the ZLEV written notice of the reinstatement of registration under subsection (1).
