Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If the Secretary gives an objector an additional information notice, the Secretary must suspend the decision on an objection on the day that the notice is given to the objector.
(2) The Secretary must not restart the decision on the objection until the objector, or another person, gives the information specified in the additional information notice by the date specified in the additional information notice.
(3) The information is taken to have been given to the Secretary when it is received by the Secretary.
