BUILDING (INTERIM) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 51 OF 2005) - REG 204

For the purposes of section 25H(2) of the Act, the register of certificates of consent kept by the Registrar of the Building Practitioners Board must contain the following information face="Symbol">¾

        (a)     the address of the land on which the domestic building work is to be carried out;

        (b)     the name, address and telephone number of the owners of the land;

        (c)     the number and class of existing buildings on the land;

        (d)     in respect of the proposed domestic building work—

              (i)     the class of building that the work relates to;

              (ii)     the proposed use of the building;

        (e)     if the applicant is not the owner of the land, the name, address and telephone number of the applicant;

        (f)     the date of issue of the certificate of consent.
