A person who is in
possession of dangerous goods commits an offence if —
(a) the
regulations require the person to have a licence or permit to possess the
dangerous goods; and
(b) the
person does not have a licence or permit under the regulations.
Penalty:
(a) for
an individual, $50 000 or imprisonment for 2 years or both;
(b) for
a body corporate, $250 000.
