Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts Land and waters in the
development control area that are owned by or vested in a public authority may
be used, but not developed, without approval under section 70 if the land
and waters are used —
(a) for
the purpose for which they are reserved under the Metropolitan Region Scheme;
or
(b) for
any purpose for which they were lawfully used before the coming into force of
that Scheme.
