(1) The Minister after
considering the report on a proposed development and any other matter that the
Minister considers relevant must —
(a) deal
with the application in accordance with section 80; or
(b)
instead of so doing —
(i)
return the application to the Trust and direct it to
reconsider its recommendations within such period as the Minister may specify;
or
(ii)
appoint a review committee to consider those
recommendations and report to the Minister on them within such period as the
Minister may specify,
and subsequently deal
with the application in accordance with section 80.
(2) If the Minister
gives a direction to the Trust under subsection (1)(b)(i) the Minister
may also direct the Trust to consult with the applicant and any other person
the Minister directs in an endeavour to resolve any question in issue.
(3) The Trust must
comply with any direction given to it under this section.
