8 .         Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967 amended

        (1)         This section amends the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Act 1967 .

        (2)         In section 126A(1) delete “the complaint” and insert:

                the charge of the offence
