The reasons for which
the term of office of a person may be terminated are that the
person —
(a) has
been convicted of an indictable offence or an offence that, if committed in
Western Australia, would be an indictable offence;
(b) has
become incapable of performing, or has neglected to perform, the duties of
office; or
(c) is
unfit to hold office because of misconduct.
