(1) The Attorney
General may, on behalf of the State, intervene in a proceeding of the Tribunal
at any time.
(2) The Commissioner
referred to in section 15 of the Consumer Affairs Act 1971 may, on behalf
of the State, intervene at any time in a proceeding if the Minister
responsible for the administration of that Act is responsible for the
administration of the enabling Act.
(3) The Tribunal may
give leave at any time for a person to intervene in a proceeding on
conditions, if any, that the Tribunal thinks fit.
