(1) The Tribunal is to
give a copy of any written decision it gives in a proceeding to —
(b) each
other person who is, under this Act or the enabling Act, entitled to notice of
the proceeding or the relevant hearing, or of the decision; and
(c) any
person prescribed by the rules.
(2) The
Tribunal’s obligation under subsection (1) to give a person a copy
of a written decision is satisfied if the Tribunal orders a party to give the
person a copy of the written decision.
