Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (3), this Act comes into operation on a day fixed by
proclamation.
(2) Different days may
be fixed under subsection (1) for different provisions.
(3) Sections 53
and 54 are not to come into operation before the expiry of not less than
3 months after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(4) Nothing in this
section affects the operation of Part 9 so far as it provides for the
time when the application of this Act commences in relation to certain
measurements.
