COMPENSATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 73 OF 2016) - SECT 1

The purpose of this Act is to amend—

        (a)     the Accident Compensation Act 1985 ; and

        (b)     the Limitation of Actions Act 1958 ; and

        (c)     the Transport Accident Act 1986 ; and

        (d)     the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 —

to further improve the operation of those Acts.
