Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This Part, sections 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17 and 18 and Part 6 come into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Part 3 and section 22 are taken to have come into operation on 1 July 2014.
(3) Sections 4, 8, 11(2), 13, 14 and 20 come into operation on 1 July 2017.
(4) Subject to subsection (5), the remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.
(5) If a provision referred to in subsection (4)
does not come into operation before 11 October 2017, it comes into operation
on that day.
