COMPENSATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO. 73 OF 2016) - SECT 18
New section 623A inserted
After section 623 of the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act
2013 insert —
" 623A
Transitional provision—Staff to be transferred to ACCS
The Chief Executive Officer of the Authority must list in writing the
employees of the Authority who are to become employees of ACCS.".
