EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 (NO. 16 OF 2010) - SECT 101

Harassment in clubs

A member of a club, including a member of the committee of management or other governing body of the club, must not sexually harass—

        (a)     a person seeking to become a member of the club; or

        (b)     another member of the club; or

        (c)     an employee of the club.
