EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 (NO. 16 OF 2010) - SECT 198

In section 3 of the Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001 —

        (a)     insert the following definitions—

"" dispute" means a dispute about an alleged contravention of Part 2;

"dispute resolution" means dispute resolution conducted by the Commissioner under Division 1 of Part 8 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ;";

        (b)     in the definition of "Commissioner", for " section 170 of the Equal Opportunity Act 1995 " substitute " section 169 of the Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ";

        (c)         in the definitions of "employee", employer and "impairment", for " Equal Opportunity Act 1995 " substitute " Equal Opportunity Act 2010 ";

        (d)     the definition of complaint is repealed .
