Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) There is to be a Commissioner of the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission appointed by the Governor in Council.
(2) The Commissioner has the powers, functions and duties of the Commission under this or any other Act.
(3) The Commissioner—
(a) has control of the day-to-day administration of the affairs of the Commission in accordance with the policies, priorities and strategies determined by the Board; and
(b) has any other functions, powers and duties conferred on the Commissioner by or under this or any other Act.
(4) The exercise of a power or the performance of a duty or function by the Commissioner is subject to the exercise of the Board's powers and functions under section 162.
