EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ACT 2010 (NO. 16 OF 2010) - SECT 201

Liability of person who authorises or assists

    For section 16 of the Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001 substitute —

        "     16     Liability of person who authorises or assists

If, as a result of a person doing any of the things specified in section 15 , the other person contravenes a provision of this Part, a person may—

        (a)     bring a dispute to the Commissioner for dispute resolution; or

        (b)     make an application to the Tribunal—

against either the person who authorises or assists or the person who contravenes a provision of this Part or both of those persons.".
