Example
A person is required to complete a certain number of hours of supervised clinical practice before he or she can qualify as a health professional. A woman cannot do clinical practice because of her impairment. The qualifying body may dispense with the requirement for clinical practice, and restrict the work she is allowed to perform under the qualification to teaching and research.
