The long title for the Bill for this Act was "A Bill for an Act to amend the Family Violence Protection Act 2008, the Coroners Act 2008, the County Court Act 1958, the Crimes Act 1958, the Criminal Procedure Act 2009, the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 and the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008, to repeal the Family Violence Protection Amendment Act 2014, to make consequential amendments to the National Domestic Violence Order Scheme Act 2016 and for other purposes."
