FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 19 OF 2017) - SECT 31

In section 4 of the Principal Act, in the definition of "mention date"—

        (a)     after "application" insert "or appeal";

        (b)     in paragraph (b), after "hearing" insert "or the hearing of an appeal".
