Meaning of generic terms in Health Practitioner Regulation National Law for the purposes of this jurisdiction
In the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria)—
"magistrate" means a magistrate within the meaning of the
Magistrates' Court Act 1989 ;
"magistrates' court" means the Magistrates' Court of Victoria.
"this jurisdiction" means Victoria.
