JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2021 (NO. 11 OF 2021) - SECT 112

After section 29(2) of the Juries Act 2000 insert —

    '(2A)     For the purposes of subsections (1) and (2), "attend" includes attendance by audio link, audio visual link or other specified electronic means—

        (a)     as set out in the summons; or

        (b)     in accordance with a direction given by the Juries Commissioner or a pool supervisor.'.
