MARINE (DOMESTIC COMMERCIAL VESSEL NATIONAL LAW APPLICATION) ACT 2013 (NO. 36 OF 2013) - SECT 57
Assistance to people in distress
(1) In section 91(1) and (2) of the
Marine Safety Act 2010 , for "a
vessel" substitute "a recreational vessel".
(2) In section 91(2) of the Marine Safety Act 2010
omit "or certificate of competency".
