MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT (SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 63 OF 2006) - SECT 40
New section 77A inserted
In Part 7 of the Principal Act before section 78 insert —
'77A. Definition
In this Part "auditor" means an environmental auditor appointed under section
53S of the Environment Protection Act 1970 .'.
