OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE (CROSS-BOUNDARY GREENHOUSE GAS TITLES AND OTHER MATTERS) AMENDMENT ACT 2021 (NO. 26 OF 2021) - SECT 15
Circumstances in which approval of key petroleum operations must not be given
In section 124 of the Principal Act—
(a) after "existing greenhouse gas
injection licence" insert "or an existing cross‑boundary greenhouse gas
injection licence"; and
(b) after "the greenhouse gas
injection licence" insert "or cross‑boundary greenhouse gas injection
licence".
