OFFSHORE PETROLEUM AND GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE (CROSS-BOUNDARY GREENHOUSE GAS TITLES AND OTHER MATTERS) AMENDMENT ACT 2021 (NO. 26 OF 2021) - SECT 16

    (1)     In section 127(1)(b) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in subparagraph (viii), for "licence—" substitute "licence; or";

        (b)     after subparagraph (viii) insert —

    "(ix)     an existing cross‑boundary greenhouse gas title; or

              (x)     a future cross‑boundary greenhouse gas title—".

    (2)     In section 127(2)(b) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in subparagraph (viii), for "licence—" substitute "licence; or";

        (b)     after subparagraph (viii) insert —

    "(ix)     an existing cross‑boundary greenhouse gas title; or

              (x)     a future cross‑boundary greenhouse gas title—".
