RELATIONSHIPS AMENDMENT (CARING RELATIONSHIPS) ACT 2009 (NO. 4 OF 2009) - SECT 32
Variation of order for periodic maintenance
(1) In section 56(1) of the Principal Act, after
"domestic partner" insert "or a caring partner".
(2) In section 56(2) of the Principal Act, after
"domestic partner" (wherever occurring) insert "or caring partner".
