RELATIONSHIPS AMENDMENT (CARING RELATIONSHIPS) ACT 2009 (NO. 4 OF 2009) - SECT 33

    (1)     In section 59(1) of the Principal Act, after "domestic partners" insert "or caring partners".

    (2)     In section 59(2)(b) of the Principal Act, after "domestic relationship" insert "or registered caring relationship".

    (3)     In section 59(3) of the Principal Act, after "domestic partners" insert "or caring partners".
